Watching something like “Birth of a Nation” would do more to just tick me off than anything else. Its a sign of how far we’ve come that such a film would cause outrage now. Its such disgustingly racist propaganda that I can’t really appreciate its artistic merits. I can see why we don’t celebrate 100 years in movies, given the fact that that was basically the first one.
