So bizarre. This is a country that violently targets Muslims in the name of politics, more than Israel’s hard right does.
But, there’s no doubt that the few ultra-corrupt middle eastern princes, whose corruption proved too out in the open for the west, will be eager, regardless of the ‘Sharia’ sham. After all, these are people who received young girls and booze-laden parties as part payment to ensure Margaret Thatcher’s war planes were bought. They have hundreds of millions that is constantly in need of hiding from their daddies and uncles - a Russian ‘Sharia bank’ would be perfect, I imagine. But this of course will only show the honest middle eastern leaders - again - just how toxic and corrupt Russia is. They may get a few million from corrupt princes, but they’ll probably loose out on many legitimate business contracts for trying to profit from the corruption many of those countries have been trying to stamp out.
