Garland will take over a DOJ politicized by Trump and corrupted by Barr and Trump.

It was Trump and Barr who actively interfered in ongoing investigations into Trump.
It was Trump and Barr who actively stopped investigations into Trump and his associates for fear that they’d lead to indictments.

Cleaning up that mess is job 1.

Prosecuting those involved in the insurrection to overthrow the govt is the next huge task, and that too is due to Trump corrupting the levers of government, including at the DOJ, FBI, and law enforcement (DHS among others).

But GOPers are insisting that Obama politicized things, and skip over Trump. It’s ss/dd from the GOP.
