Bobibutu, I’d be really happy if they spent this windfall restoring all the programs that have been slashed from the public school system in the past few years, turning it into one of the worst-funded in the nation. As a parent with 3 kids in that system, I can assure you that this has been terrible and it matters.

Researchok, why would it be tied to gas prices, which were certainly not going up because gas was being taxed, more’s the pity?
