I think a lot of this can be reduced to the fact that Africa can’t sustain the present human population. With such limited resources available, it gives warlords so much more room and opportunity to reign and abuse. Birth control and education (financed by wealthy nations) would really do so many miracles in this tragedy stricken land.
Instead, politicians are looking to kill the gays.
