Parenting education-great idea, but I’m guessing that isn’t really the main thrust of this plan. This sounds a lot like the old idea of sending girls to juvenile hall because they lack moral and sexual purity.

Oh well, perhaps I was just projecting a nice, liberal version of this plan.
