Another fabulous reason to love Penny’s. I’ve started shopping there a few years ago again. They’ve upgraded their clothing lines and now have many clothes designed by top designers. The added bonus, of course, is that they’re affordable. They also sell clothing made by American designers (although you have to check labels).
