I could be wrong, but I believe he is comparing fetuses to Jews, not discussing women’s rights. He remains a moron, but the statement does have some, slight logical underpinning, however poorly he said it.

The fact that there is a woman involved who doesn’t seem to be considered important does cause a slight problem with the analogy…
