What an absolute triumph this mission has been. When Elon Musk founded SpaceX back in 2002, a lot of insiders nodded smugly and said things like, “Sure, another rich guy who wants to play with rockets. He’ll toss away a few million and go back to sports cars.”
They aren’t smirking now, Elon and his team have delivered the goods; literally in this case in the form of 672 pounds of supplies for the ISS. Expect much, much more from this operation in the years to come.
