There are always reports of Israeli warplanes over southern Lebanon. In any event, AFP posted a photo of the alleged damage caused by the destruction of the listening device. It can be viewed at the following link:

As you can see, that is hardly the kind of damage one would expect if an Israeli warplane had fired a missile or dropped a bomb.
