It continues to amaze me that these states keep filing these types of lawsuits that make me wonder where their attorneys general attended law school and how they were able to get law licenses and get elected. I’m only a retired high school social studies teacher ( no law school,) and I know that the Supremacy Clause doesn’t allow any state to deprive its’ citizens of federal program like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. It is very embarrassing for me to witness these tools waste taxpayers’ money on these frivolous lawsuits that are based only on their personal beliefs/religion. These are the same tools who stand up and accuse PBO of being a big spender!! I certainly hope that voters choose someone better than Jan Brewer as their next governor, who, imo, has been a disaster for the state. It seems that it’s been very easy for any tool to convince her to go along with ever RW crackpot idea in existence. The sanest decision she has made since taking office has been to agree to the Medicaid expansion in the ACA.
