So around 7:00 I told my wife I was a little tired.

‘Go take a nap,’ she said. So I did.

I woke up about an hour ago, all refreshed and ready to take on the day, only about 8 hours too early.

I’m about to go try this sleep thing again in a minute. I have my doubts about it, though.

This is why I love retirement. Sleep. Wake. My choice. Except for my dogs who have their own really insistent ideas on the matter.
