Additionally we’re bidding on all the material and labor we need for these infrastructure repairs against a recovered private industry, so the taxpayer isn’t getting a break on any of this.

They want Kansas or Louisiana on a national scale. They don’t give a hoot about infrastructure, that was a lie to get votes from people who do not regularly follow politics.
