āLOL (I got stuck at the end of the last thread):ā¦ā
I didnāt understand their point when I was growing up, but when I left home, went to college, and got out into the world, I understood why my mom and dad placed so much emphasis on teaching me to not let others define me. I read the kind of BS RW media puts out and laugh. I probably pissed off some of my so-called former co-workers that identify as conservative the other day. I read a post in which some RW Caucasian politician said he felt āuncomfortableā around certain persons in America. He was pushing Trumpās form of anti-immigration BS, racism, bigotry, etc. I posted the article on Facebook and wrote: āThis guyās heritage is probably Irish, and he doesnāt seem to know that when his ancestors arrived in America, they werenāt accepted at first. I added: Iām probably one of those Americans he feels āuncomfortableā being around, but he doesnāt have to worry about me trying to take anything away from him because I have my own sh*t. Lots of people think they know me, but they really donāt. My parents also taught me not to tell others all of my business, thoughts, and feelings which is the reason some think they know me when they donāt. I always keep certain things to myself.
