Can we just talk about that chyron? State unemployment is at 4.3%, which is a whole 0.2% above the national average. So not sure how that is crippling us.

As for homelessness… yeah, that’s an issue, but it has a lot to do with a lack of affordable housing. And nice winter weather probably doesn’t hurt either.
