Been really sad all day. It’s the third anniversary of my mom’s passing.

She was an amazing loving person. When she was first hospitalized, one of her big concerns was the 3rd world kids she was helping with monthly donations.
She would help anyone in need.

After my dad died, she struggled with giving away any of his things. Mrs Cranky finally convinced her to give us his ties.

Mrs Cranky used them to make a memory quilt. You can see my mom’s reaction when she opened the present.

Mom said it was her most precious possession. She also confessed to being very angry at herself because she held back a handful of his favorite ties.

I really miss her.
