To illustrate: when Zedushka was a teenager, he hitchhiked through Europe. One of his fondest memories is riding the ferry from Brindisi (Italy) to Patras (Greece) and getting off the ferry where vendors were selling some kinda meat on a stick, which they were broiling right out by the sea, so the aroma wafted to the ferry passengers. He ate a bunch of those sticks.
I asked him if he knew what kind of meat it was (never mind it wasn’t kosher) and he said “I dunno, lamb? Goat?”
I know exactly what it was… DELICIOUS.
