I need to contact a copyright lawyer so as to trademark “Trumpster Fire” and “Branch Trumpidian.”

No immediate for a lawyer. Write yourself a letter detailing the copyrightable material, trademarks, logos and what not, and send it by certified mail to yourself. Do not open the envelope until such time as you go to court to contest violation of the copyright or trademark ownership.

BTW, ownership of copyrights and trademarks are regulated differently, under different laws. But you need to establish the date of your creation of either one. The certified letter would provide such evidence.
