Once we repeal Obamacare, we want to make sure there is a stable transition to a better system.

The main thing is to repeal it…then they can talk about “transitioning” to a system that guarantees “access” to health care.

Which is what we had before, it’s just that the financial hurdles to access were too high for millions of Americans.
