Yeah, no, there’s no judge in the world who is going to buy that shit. “My client knew nothing about the arrangement, didn’t know what his money was going towards, didn’t sign the NDA at all, BUT it’s totally valid because he now wants to enforce it.” is not a valid legal argument, it’s a legal Hail Mary that’s gonna fall way short.
