Kavanaugh according to his friend, was a party animal. I would not be surprised if he couldn’t remember the party, or the attempted rape, or the girl - alcoholic blackouts are not rare events for teenagers who drink too much (please don’t ask how I know that).

What is so unreal is that this might stop his confirmation - he has lied about so many other things - yet they were just ignored.

You’d think the GOP could find another partisan hack on the Federalist Society or Heritage Foundation lists who doesn’t have an accusation of attempted rape in his background.

On the other hand, with all the GOP politicians who have gone to prison for sex crimes, maybe not.
