The fact is Jews aren’t a nationality any more than Christians and Muslims. There are Jewish families who are first generation like Colonel Vindman and there are those who have been here since colonial times. Not to mention the wide range of religious beliefs.

Where does Sammy Davis Jr fit into this — zero Jewish heritage, converted as an adult?
