He does seem to have been on the ground after the gun shot. It all happens so fast that when you watch the video it all goes by so fast you really have no feel for it.

That’s what I said earlier - but his hitting the ground after the gunshot in no way validates his claim that he feared for his life by the actions of the victim.

Maybe he was afraid that the car with the driver who had just had his face blown off was going to roll over him, but he created that possibility on his own.

He has no defense. It’s murder.
