What advice can I give? GROW THE FUCK UP! Depending on whose date range you use, the youngest Millenials are now at least 20-21 years old. It’s time to stop treating them as kids and start treating them as the adults they should be by now. In the real world, you have to realize that perfect cannot be the enemy of good, else you’re never going to get anywhere in life. Learn to lower your expectations or you’re going to keep getting disappointed.

My advice to my fellow millennial would be to learn more about Perez and stop using Sanders as your political compass and instead look within. Support candidates based on your principles and if you want to be part of the Democratic Party, realize that your choice doesn’t always win.
