Of course he didn’t, that would require him to read something longer than a tweet that doesn’t include his name and pictures of scantily clad women. And it doesn’t matter anyway, because he’ll go out and say whatever he wants about what is or isn’t in the budget and his 37% will believe him because, of course they will.

He’s going to hold a rally in the next week or so, I guarantee it. He’s gonna get out there are swear up and down that his is a budget that will make America “great,” this is a budget that will get everything running on time, will ensure we have the greatest military in the world, and will finally “BUILD THE WALL!” And anybody who opposes it, Democrat or Republican, is standing in the way of that “greatness” and so should be seen as little more than enemies of America.
