I’m real tired of this immense pro-Republican bias in US society, where shit like this from Lowry is not treated with the contempt that it deserves.

The simple truth is that if a D president had bungled the covid response as badly as Trump has done, that by itself would have resulted in a bipartisan impeachment and removal from office for gross incompetence, and the Democrats would still have been ended as a national party.
