Hey folks, hey…did you all think that the Russians (I am an OLD so the first word that KEEPS coming to mind is “Soviets”) might wants ALASKA back? Remember we bought Alaska from the Russian Empire (“Seward’s Folly”). Nobody’s talking about *that*. Seriously, though, I could see Putin wanting Alaska as a buffer zone against the USA on its east.
