Hooboy….the class I’m in right now is the Politics of American Suburbanization, and in the intro she started talking about how some of the topics will be about what happens when the state and government gets involved in real estate and housing markets.

I would say that state involvement distorts the market. This goes for more than just real estate, but where ever government gets involved such as education and healthcare.
