We could start by stop creating so many felonies. This is typically done through legislation and amendments to the US Code and state codes. We have a lot of strange laws. As you know urinating in public can land someone in jail and with a sexual offense judgement. That’s not a felony as far as I know but it’s an example of how extreme things can get.

Agreed……. picking avocados here in SoCal can be a felony.
