Even if it’s released after the EC vote, Trump is automatically delegitimized. The GOP would have no choice but to install Mike Pence, and don’t make the move at their own peril (and that of the nation in general).

Except if Pence and/or Ryan also knew and did nothing (or worse, actively ignored it) (and therefore violated their own oaths to protect/defend the US Constitution), in which case the line of secession is also blown to bits - and you’d get yourself a constitutional crisis of epic proportions.
