Exactly. Events aren’t being decided by what an intelligent and impartial observer thinks is likely happen with regard to his steadily failing approval numbers but what he and his team of dumbfucks want to happen. We’re dealing with the most intellectually incurious shitwits on the planet, so it’s unlikely that they’re going to suddenly re-examine their decision making paradigm when instead they can just go for bigger and bigger desperate gambles attempting to turn everything around.
