I’m starting to think that Trump is stuck on the idea that he can never get caught, so he doesn’t NEED to fire Mueller.

Trump strikes me as one of those guys who thinks he’s always the smartest guy in the room, which is often a trait among bullshitters. But the best bullshitters are self aware - they know what they don’t know and can identify when someone else knows more than them. It’s going to be rather amazing that after 40 years of failing upwards, he’s finally (hopefully) going to be left holding the bag in Stupid Watergate.
