Just ran across this list yesterday. Here’s the one for bread.
I noticed a strange fact when I started baking my own bread a few years ago. Real bread (when stored properly) doesn’t mold. It dries out in a few days and requires toasting to revive it. After that you can make croutons. The preservatives in store bought bread make it last longer which allows it to eventually mold.
