Literally? Probably. Still, even as a decidedly non-evangelical Anglo-Catholic & universalistic Episcopalian I catch enough of the blow back to understand his feeling. The good one only knows what it takes for Curious Lurker or SFZ to be here on bad days.

I’ve been trying to respond to this wittily for a little bit, and I’m not sure exactly what to say, except “there are some moments”, and “actually, I think it would be more annoying to be a Christian on those bad days”.
