Turn them over to the police/proper authorities. Which is what I believe they did.

But the comment referenced recently skipped over this particular nuance and apparently assumed that since it is believed that Hamas has undue influence with the police in Gaza that they immediately received the rockets.

But since the goal of the comment was to smear the UNRWA I was unsurprised at the skip taking place.
