I think that was the point I was trying to make — maybe not eloquently; i.e. dictators can be overthrown in the modern world only if there are outside forces.

The guy in Romania. The Ukrainians recently. Poland. Burma. Chile. Nicaragua. So now let’s discuss how those don’t count because reasons.
