I guess the rationale is that they don’t want to shut down bars, so they can remain open without being able to do what actually makes them money.

Who wants to go to a bar if you can’t get a fucking drink? They’re trying to split the baby here. Dumb move.

It may mean takeout only. That’s what they’re doing in TX. Also, CA suspended the rules to allow for takeout of alcoholic beverages here.
