Also, it is at least possible that he’s taking some time to deal with this. I can’t imagine how it would feel to know someone commited mass murder based on your writing. Don’t get me wrong— I think Fjordman is scum, but I don’t think he can be happy about this (at least, I hope not) and I doubt he ever thought his writing would lead to this.
