I’ve been cleaning up Yuppie Neighbor’s paint chips today. I decided to clean up the paint chips on his side too because I suspect his idea of “clean up” is going to be power washing the chips under the fence and into my garden. When I went over to his side of the fence I was shocked. His front yard covered with a think layer of 40 year old paint chip mulch. Luckily most of my garden is protected by a 3-4 foot deep solid plastic root barrier. This has to be the dumbest thing I’ve seen a neighbor do. Just shocking.
