Criticism of Supreme Court decisions is legitimate. The Supreme Court has flatly contradicted itself within a relatively short period of time (Lawrence and Bowers). They couldn’t have been right on both occasions.

The Supreme Court has also issued decisions that were flat-out appalling (Dred Scott). Bush v. Gore and Citizens United are also a legitimate target of criticism. I’m sure there are other recent supreme court decisions that sensible people on the right disagree with.

Disagreeing with a decision one thing, ignoring it as the rule of the land or arrogating yourself to the arbiter of what is constitutional and what is not is quite another. It’s been a long time since anything as objectively evil as Dred Scott has passed SC muster, and if you can’t accept such a decision then I suggest embracing the idea and consequences of rebelling against the laws of your own government. Otherwise, deal with them. Bush was President no matter how much you disagree with the decision that made him one.
