Maybe that’s the problem. Cooked cabbage. Cabbage should be eaten raw as a general rule.

I feel that way about kale. My wife can cook some great kale, but I prefer it raw as a salad. Same with spinach. But cooked or raw, to me the operative word is Garlic!
