Hers is a patchwork argument, starting from weak premises and devolving from there. Even from the standpoint of a believer (which I am not), her idea that Adam and Eve were just two people especially selected by God ignores the entire Creation part of Genesis, which implies that Adam was the first man created by God, as in, there were no others anywhere.

From the standpoint of science, her argument fails from the genetic evidence, unless she’s trying to argue that Adam and Eve were the progenitors of R1b, the main haplotype among Europeans. Even there, it fails, because her timeline of 6,000 years would not give Adam and Eve’s descendants enough time to disseminate across the globe.

As I said, just scanning her essay gave me a headache. Trying to fisk it would probably lead to a stroke.
