Bad example; Paris Hilton’s inheritance from grandpa was enough to live pretty comfortably for her lifetime (approx $5M), but the bulk of her wealth is her own earnings in her own lifetime. Her family gave her the name, fame, education and connections, but she’s the one who parlayed that into income-producing activities.
