No, they are right. David was from Israel and Goliath was a Philistine (later Palestinian)*. David womped Goliath in the head with a rock and the cut Goliath’s head off with Goliath’s sword.

*The historical Philistines or Palestinians were of European, most likely Greek origin. Modern Palestinians are of Egyptian Arab or Jordanian Arab origin.

The FMSM may be correct, but not in the way they intended. The CNN talking head was referring to the Palis as David and the Israelis as Goliath.
