In Ireland, the number of Catholic children who were molested by priests are the majority. Not the minority. Maher might have been using offensive language, but in one sense he’s right — the number of children molested in that scandal was absolutely unconscionable.

And yes, if you watch Maher’s movie “Religulous,” he certainly does criticize other religions, including Islam.

O’Reilly is Irish and Catholic and must know about his church and Ireland’s past problems with pederasty. I sincerely doubt he’d absolve guilty pederasts who abused children.

I did not realize Maher was leading the defense of Catholic children abused by pederast priests, if so that is admirable. However I will not spend a nickel to see him on film.
