I always think the ‘it drags property values down!’ is a really terrible argument.

It always speaks to me of either
a) people who intend to flip the house as quickly as possible.
b) people that don’t want to let any of those damn poor people (many of whom are minorities!) into their neighborhood.

*I’m not saying you’re either of those, but thats the association in my head.
