The Russian masses will never turn on Putin and the Russian oligarchs have it too good to challenge him, especially since they know that one false move will lead to defenestration.

Considering they did turn on the Czar, never say nrver. They’re not going to be democratic in orientation but if Putin’s actions result in widespread hunger and joblessness, don’t underestimate them.
