Simply use temporary appointments the same way Trump did.

If there’s a 200 day limit, replace them with a different temporary person for one day, then bring the original temporary person back for another 200 day span and repeat as many times as needed. I really doubt there’s a law against a person serving multiple temporary appointments.

And if the repub shitstains complain, remind them that for the last 4 years they have been claiming the president can do any fucking thing s/he wants. Fuck their feelings.
