I can’t do this…

I can not sit here on the internet compulsively clicking refresh looking for news and thinking about how terrible this is and how it will change nothing.

I’m going to shut this computer off. I’m going to take a shower. I’m going to take my dogs for a walk. I’m going to make some lunch.

This could happen to me, you any of us at any time. I will use today to practice being right in my moment, not missing anything, not expecting anything, not thinking… just being.
