Trump told him he’s in charge of everything and he doesn’t know what he’s doing. It’s someone else’s fault he attended a meeting that he went and left off of all his SF-86 filings.

Each time he leaves something off the SF-86, that’s an act or omission in violation of 18 USC 1001. It says it right there on the form. You don’t get a do-over, let alone 3 do-overs.
